Jean Felzine has just unveiled a third track blending rock and electro-acoustic textures. “Je sème” signals the arrival of his second studio album, slated for September.
With the tense Je sème, Jean Felzine offers a rock piece that reads like a personal reckoning, inviting the listener to trace the footsteps left throughout his career. The track follows Adieu, a spare piano-and-guitar ballad that marked his departure from the band Mustang, and Dirty Talk, a love song with suggestive lyrics.
Entitled Cinéma permanent, his new opus will be released on 18 September 2026. The record aims to feel more organic and expansive than his previous works, highlighting finger-picking on the guitar and a more acoustic instrumentation, enhanced by collaborations with musicians Hedi Bensalem, Louis Sommer and Julien Boyé. In Cinéma permanent, Felzine moves from a sharp critique of our consumer society to much more intimate reflections.
