According to statements from TINI’s lawyers reported by Infobae, she commissioned a private audit to review her assets in preparation for her wedding. However, what she uncovered was that her name did not appear among the individuals who hold control over the companies responsible for managing all the money generated from her music, image rights, commercial contracts, and concerts.
The first clue reportedly came when she attempted to buy a luxury handbag and found herself confronted with a monthly credit card limit of $5,000. She had not authorized it, but her family, including her brother and her mother, had. This irregularity prompted her to order the audit in the first place.
However, Hola! magazine also mentions a property in Miami that her father prevented her from acquiring, arguing that “she already has her house in Buenos Aires.” He would also have insisted on signing a prenuptial agreement for the division of assets, after which he was dismissed.
