Ginebras have canceled their participation in Sonorama Goes to Ibiza ’26 for medical reasons. The festival will be held on the upcoming October 2nd and 3rd in Cala de Bou, and replacements have already been lined up with Statuas d Sal, a cornerstone band of Ibizan rock, returning to the island’s stages after more than twenty years.
The festival will also feature Marlena, Peter Colours, Tu Otra Bonita, and Anabel Lee, who are releasing a new album today. Also confirmed are Bouza vs Dylan, Comandante Twin, Éxtasis, Kitai, Modelo, Oslo Ovnies, and Tenda.
Sonorama Goes to Ibiza was born to bring a portion of the Ribera del Duero festival’s spirit to the island and to turn the first weekend of October into a date for live music. On Friday the 2nd, there will also be a free day at the Auditori Caló de s’Oli with performances by several bands.
Tickets start at 45 euros and do not include management or reservation fees. They can be purchased now through the festival’s website. Those who already have a ticket and would rather not attend after Ginebras’ withdrawal may request a refund.
Sonorama Goes to Ibiza ’26 counts JENESAISPOP as a media partner, in addition to the support of Ibiza Tourism, the Eivissa Council, and the Ajuntament of Sant Josep de sa Talaia.
