Charli XCX has managed to reach the fourth spot on the Spanish chart with ‘Music, Fashion, Film’, but she has fared better in the United States and, above all, in the United Kingdom. Rels B prevented the British artist from reaching the podium in Spain after logging the biggest jump of the week with ‘LOVE LOVE FLAKK’, which leapt from number 47 straight to number 3.
On the other hand, the author of ‘BRAT’ debuted third on the US charts with 78,000 units sold. In the United Kingdom, of course, she is number 1. Not only that: Charli XCX is the first British artist to have two number-one albums in the same year, with the release of ‘Wuthering Heights’. In Spain, she couldn’t match or surpass the feat she achieved with ‘BRAT’ at the time, reaching the second position on the chart.
The remaining two entries have had very different trajectories: The Strokes managed to land at number 11 on the chart with ‘Reality Awaits’, while Tyla’s ‘A*POP’ has not risen above 89.
