The Île-de-France-based musician known for his knitted balaclava, and winner of the Inrocks Super Club, returns this Thursday, February 26, with a new track that heralds the release of an EP.
I’ll never get out of this! instantly creates a raw and desperate atmosphere, a kind of punk melancholy that characterizes the artist’s world, who was recently crowned winner of the Inrocks Super Club talent show with a strong performance at the Trabendo.
This track previews Un an sans soleil, a four-track EP on which he collaborates with Chahu, and bassist Eadgar; its release is scheduled for March 12, 2026, and it inaugurates Gabriel Kröger’s Sunless Trilogy. The musician draws inspiration from British anti folk-punk with a lo-fi touch and recounts personal disappointments and the unraveling of social structures with biting lucidity.
