The sisters Lisa-Kaindé and Naomi Diaz are making their big return with “Aset,” a new lead single preluding their forthcoming album. More introspective, the album will be officially unveiled on June 26.
Known worldwide for their prestigious collaborations with Beyoncé and Orelsan, as well as for their notable performances on the Coachella stage, Ibeyi’s twins return this Friday, May 15, with a new single. Entitled Aset in reference to the Egyptian deity Isis, this track and its video explore the themes of devotion and female empowerment. In this title, Ibeyi imagines the goddess’s words after years of sacrifices.
This new track announces Ibeyi’s fourth album, Offering, scheduled for June 26. The album was crafted between Paris, London and the United States.
