The long-awaited collaboration between Madonna and Kylie Minogue is now available. Following its premiere at the Confessions Club during WorldPride in Amsterdam, the ‘Afterhours’ remix of ‘Love Sensation’ has officially arrived on platforms in two versions: ‘Afterhours Mix’ and ‘Afterhours Radio Edit’.
‘Afterhours Radio Edit’ keeps essentially intact the original production by Stuart Price for ‘Love Sensation’. The main difference is the inclusion of Kylie Minogue’s sultry vocals, woven with Madonna’s without significantly altering the sound of the track. ‘Afterhours Mix’, on the other hand, presents an extended version oriented toward the dance floor.
The release is credited as Madonna & Kylie Minogue, instead of Madonna feat. Kylie Minogue, a detail that will allow the single to chart for both artists on the UK charts.
The collaboration extends the ‘Confessions II’ era, which seemed to have paused after the latest updates, and arrives also accompanied by a CD single edition available through Madonna’s official store.
