RFTW: Tyla, Avalanches, Orville Peck, ADÉLA, Viva Belgrado…

July 24, 2026

Today, July 24, two highly anticipated full-length albums arrive, both guitar-driven: Charli XCX and The Strokes. Other notable full-length releases of the day come from Tyla, Alex Cameron, Shania Twain, Nick Hakim, WILLOW, and Rico Nasty.

Several singles released today inaugurate the new eras for artists such as Victoria Monét, Orville Peck, Teenage Fanclub, Chelsea Wolfe, and Protomartyr. Others continue to push forward their already announced albums, including The Avalanches, Paris Paloma, Viva Belgrado in The Cure’s vein, ADÉLA, or Sam Smith.

There is a U2 single with Martin Garrix, and among the day’s macro-releases, it’s worth mentioning also those by Jennie, KATSEYE, or Morgan Wallen. One of the day’s notable duets is by Shaboozey and Leon Bridges, together with the collaboration by Ouineta and Julieta.

In a mid-range tier, not as mainstream, we highlight the releases by 2hollis, Barry B, Daphni, Tami Tamako, 54 Ultra, Boy Harsher, Michael Medrano, Noname, the return of Claire Rosinkranz, and MNEK venturing out solo once again.

John Glacier evoking a Bond girl is another one of today’s highlighted releases, alongside new tracks from Lambchop, aespa, Marilia Monzón, FLO, Alba Farelo, bbno$, and many more, in another day marked by the disparity of styles.
