The iconic Icelandic group will deliver an exceptional concert at Lyon’s Amphithéâtre 3000 in September. For this event, which will mark the end of their world tour, the musicians will be accompanied by the Lyon Chamber Orchestra.
On September 9, 2026, the city of Lyon, known as the capital of Gaul, will host, for a single date in France, the ethereal melodies of Sigur Rós, accompanied for the occasion by the Lyon Chamber Orchestra conducted by Robert Ames. This must-attend gathering for fans of Jónsi’s, Goggi and Kjartans’ progressive rock melodies will blend the recent compositions from the album ÁTTA (2023) with the cult pieces from their repertoire, notably those from the albums () and Takk… which, both, are more than twenty years old.
